About me

I am a group and individual psychotherapist with 18 years experience. I have worked extensively within private practice, the voluntary sector and NHS in a range of roles and settings, which includes psychiatric, forensic and in addiction services.

Working in these varied contexts has deepened my understanding of the complexity of people’s lives and the many factors that shape wellbeing.

Alongside my clinical work, I am involved in the training and support of psychotherapists. I previously worked as a Senior Psychotherapist at WPF Psychotherapy. I continue to provide clinical supervision, reflective practice, and staff support spaces for those providing psychological services. I value creating reflective environments to support those working with people.

I trained at Goldsmiths, University of London, qualifying in 2008 with both a Postgraduate Diploma and MA in Psychotherapy.

I am accredited and registered by the United Kingdom Counselling and Psychotherapy (UKCP) and Universities Psychotherapy & Counselling Association (UPCA) I am also a member of the Group Analytic Society International.

I also work as part of a therapeutic community in London Bridge with Number 42.
