Individual Psychotherapy

Personal psychotherapy is available in-person in South East London and London Bridge or online via Zoom or Teams. 

 

This is a weekly, confidential space to talk and work on worries and concerns, as well as work on patterns in relationships and in your personality.

Group Analysis

Group Analytic Therapy is therapy provided in a group by the group for the individual. This is a longer term therapy and is helpful in understanding social difficulties and the type of problems that appear in relationships between people. 

 

Currently recruiting clients for a new group.

Staff Groups

Professional and supportive space for teams that work under strain and pressure to work on and understand team dynamics. 

Staff groups can be offered to any team in their place of work, but are most often used within the caring professions, such as in nursing, social care or therapy teams.

Option to work on specific team difficulties or to establish good, supportive practice.

Clinical Supervision

Weekly and fortnightly supervision  for Psychotherapists, Counsellors and Health Care Professionals to discuss clinical work and clients.

Supervision is available at  your place of work, at my consulting rooms, or via Zoom or Teams. Supervision is offered both individually and in groups.

Experiental Group

A monthly experiential group for professionals and trainees interested in understanding group dynamics through participation and reflection. Held in person at London Bridge, the group offers space to explore relationships, patterns and processes from a Group Analytic perspective.

Consultation & Referral

I work collaboratively within a community of psychotherapists from different modalities, which means I am able to provide consultation or referrals if you are unsure about the type of therapy you seek or are looking to be referred.
