Mike Caton Psychotherapy

How I work
As a Group Analytic Psychotherapist, my approach is relational, reflective, and attentive to both individual experience and the social environment. In therapy, we explore not only what is happening within you, but also what happens between people—past and present.
My psychodynamic approach explores both conscious and unconscious patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and relationships, helping you understand yourself more deeply.
I offer both group and individual psychotherapy.
Group Psychotherapy
This is a space to understand relational patterns, feel less alone, and experiment with new ways of being with others. Groups consist of no more than 8 members who meet weekly for 90 minutes. This happens in-person, in the room together.
Individual Psychotherapy
This is a focused space to explore personal difficulties, life transitions, and inner experiences, while still holding relationships and context in mind. I offer this both in-person or online, on Zoom.
My style is engaged, respectful, and enquiring.
Therapy is not about fixing you, but about understanding you more fully and offering this back to you.
