About me

I trained at Goldsmiths, University of London, qualifying in 2008 with both a Postgraduate Diploma and an MA in Psychotherapy. Since then, I have worked across private practice, the NHS, and the voluntary sector, including in psychiatry, forensic settings, and addictions services. Working in these varied contexts has deepened my understanding of the complexity of people’s lives and the many factors that shape wellbeing.

Alongside my clinical work, I have been involved in the training and support of psychotherapists. I was part of the training faculty at WPF Psychotherapy and worked as a Senior Psychotherapist within their psychotherapy clinic. I continue to offer clinical supervision, reflective practice, and staff support spaces, and value creating reflective, supportive environments for those working closely with people.

I am accredited and registered by the United Kingdom Counselling and Psychotherapy (UKCP) and Universities Psychotherapy & Counselling Association (UPCA) I am also a member of the Group Analytic Society International.
